Jan. 7~8, 2013, SDLG held the Annual Business Meeting at Shandong Mansion in Jinan. CEO and Chairman of SDLG Wang Zhizhong, Executive President Yu Mengsheng, General Manager Wen Degang, Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer Zhi Kaiyin, General Manager of Marketing Yao Jinjun attended the meeting. Several hundred of SDLG dealers also attended the meeting.
General Manager Wen Degang made the Work Report of SDLG Business Meeting 2013. He summarized the achievements and shortcomings of SDLG in 2012, accurately analyzed the market situation, and pictured the grand blueprint for SDLG’s development in 2013.
Executive President Yu Mengsheng analyzed the business operation of SDLG in 2012 in terms of the overall strategy and pointed out the direction of the concrete development goal, brand integration, and market operation.
Chairman and CEO Wang Zhizhong made an important speech at the meeting. He made a thorough analysis on the market prospect in terms of the macro-control and the positive economic policy in China. He said that the stimulation policies like urbanization, expanding domestic demand, and cultivating new economic growth point make us more confident and it also points out the direction for the development of SDLG and the dealers.

During the meeting, SDLG also held the prize-giving ceremony for the excellent dealers. The awards include BMW X5, X6. The representatives of the excellent dealers such as Henan Tongguan Group and Guizhou Linwo Company also made speeches at the meeting.
Yu Mengsheng and Wen Degang presented the tags of sales tasks and market shares of 2013 to dealers of loaders and excavators at the meeting and encouraged them to make more achievements in 2013.

On the morning of January 8, SDLG also held the separate meetings on excavator, loader, road machinery business, after market operation and also the annual meeting of Linwo Heavy Machinery. Through the accurate analysis on each segment market and the sharing of experience, the SDLG dealers have more confidence in the market in 2013.
