Recently, delegation from a key account—one of the largest gold mine operators in Laos—visited SDLG for the on-site acceptance of their specially customized L968H multifunctional wheel loader for UG Mining, touring the factory and discussing future cooperation.

The key account operates two high-grade open-pit gold mines under Australian standards, relies on top-tier construction machinery from the U.S. and Japan, with stringent quality and safety demands. The delivered L968H is the world’s first multifunctional wheel loader built for UG mining, equipped with four specialized attachments for diverse mining auxiliary tasks. It also features several industry-first safety enhancements and environment-specific optimizations.

After comprehensive static checks and dynamic tests, the wheel loader met all 40 safety and 40 operational calibration standards. The key account praised SDLG’s differentiated design tailored to their mining environment and expressed strong admiration for SDLG’s efficient automated production, craftsmanship, and quality control. A constructive roundtable followed, during which the customer shared insights into their advanced equipment management, U.S./Japan-level after-sales standards, and ongoing major projects. They also invited the SDLG team to visit their mines to deepen collaboration, reinforcing mutual trust and laying the groundwork for expanded cooperation.
