SDLG 2021 Global Virtual Conference took place in Jinan on January 13, with the theme "Breakthrough, Innovation, Cooperation". The conference brought together over 100 distributors from more than 90 countries and achieved a complete success.
As an innovative move of SDLG to develop a new communication channel to enhance exchanges and pass confidence amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the conference shows the confidence of relevant sides in helping each other and overcoming the hardships. At the conference, SDLG shared its anti-epidemic efforts and sales results in 2020, deployed overseas marketing, products and services in 2021, exchanged ideas with its global distributors and awarded “Best Retail Performance for 2020”,”Excellence Key Account performance for 2020”, Outstanding Service Station for 2020”,”Outstanding Dealer for 2020” to 14 dealers respectively for their outstanding accomplishments.

Amid the global COVID-19 epidemic, SDLG endeavored to break barriers, developed new logistics channels, delivered construction machinery to Central Asia and Europe by train, guided distributors in changing business models, shifting their marketing focus from offline to online and intensifying online marketing to promote SDLG brand, and made full use of the information system to help overseas customers find and solve problems. Besides, SDLG accelerated product upgrading, exported intelligent and environmentally-friendly products to developed countries, met various needs in developing countries with differential and customized products, and built intelligent plants to constantly improve production efficiency and quality. Meanwhile, SDLG stepped up efforts to integrate e-commerce, live streams and other marketing platforms. All above have contributed to the output of nearly 60,000 units of construction machinery and record sales of 22.08 billion yuan in 2020 (up 26.7% year on year), and SDLG WLO export volume continue to keep No.1 position for 7 years.
At this conference, SDLG has announced its sales target, product launch plan, promotion plan, as well as service plan to support the target achievement in 2021. Besides that, all functions have analyzed the gap and proposed solutions to bridge the gap.
The conference held at the turn of 2020 and 2021 when RCEP was established, the EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment was signed and COVID-19 vaccines were launched. Facing the dawn of beating COVID-19 and returning to a normal life, SDLG will accelerate overseas market development, and work out detailed plans for marketing, aftermarket services, and product launch.
