SDLG Vietnam Customer Service Center Rolled Out

SDLG first Customer Service Center was established in Vietnam with the joint efforts of local dealer to provide customer with better services.

 


SDLG keeps practicing the overseas service concept of Expert, Fast, and Care. In July 2021, a service visit to the Vietnamese market was launched, with a journey of around 2600 km, 50 customers investigated and 115 equipment inspected for customers. Through the visit, customers' feedback on services was collected, which provided strong support for the Customer Service Center establishment.


The Customer Service Center was established to professionalize information communication channels and realize the aftermarket service system closed-loop management. The customer service staff will regularly carry out maintenance reminders and customer visit, conduct satisfaction surveys on the service process and service result, and implement targeted customer care activities on public holidays.


Since December 1, 2021, the Service Center has started its trial operation and has received good feedback so far. Through telephone greetings, tips and on-site service tracking, SDLG will continue to optimize its service process, improve its service quality and service system and bring better services to customers.
